Shipping Policy
We can ship anywhere we are asked to ship. If your address information results in an error in the shopping cart please contact us via email and we can quote you the shipping cos
Once an item has shipped it is out of hands and no longer our responsibility.
If you have any issues with delivery or transit times, talk to your local postmaster.
All International shipments are sent by Registered Mail. Unfortunately we had to do this because of the large number or packages reported lost/stolen/undelivered. Since we began using it, we have not lost a single package. It is a little more expensive, but it is worth the cost.
All items are sent via Priority Mail™. This is 2-3 day delivery for most US addresses, 5-7 days for most international addresses. UPS shipping also available, email us for costs.
If you would like cheaper international shipping we can arrange that. However we cannot guarantee your item will arrive, and we are not liable if it doesn't.
Return Policy
Within 14 days of delivery of a shipment, you may return most items you purchased from us. You will receive a full refund minus the restocking charge, payable with in store credit. We do not accept returns on custom items. A custom item is one that does not appear in the shopping cart, or that is specifically labeled as custom.
We will refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.
We cannot accept items returned more than 14 days after delivery.
The restocking charge is the greater of $3 or 15% for any exchange or returned item. The percentage is based on the value of the returned item and does not get charged on shipping or tax. This charge is waived if the return is a result of our error. Please contact us before you send any item back. |
